OpenAI’s Sites hosting and Cloudflare process technical information such as your IP address, browser details and request logs to deliver and protect this site. Our basis is our legitimate interest in operating a secure website.

Cloudflare’s __cf_bm security cookie helps distinguish people from bots and expires after 30 minutes of inactivity. Other necessary security cookies may appear during a security challenge. These are not advertising cookies.

We keep the site readable without consenting to optional video content. See Cloudflare’s cookie details (opens in a new tab).

Choosing “Allow YouTube & play” gives permission to load that video from Google/YouTube. Google receives your IP address and device information and may store or read cookies or similar data. We use its privacy-enhanced player, which is not a guarantee of no data collection.

Choose “Stop & withdraw permission” to remove the player and stop further requests from it. Closing the archive or leaving the page does the same. We do not remember permission between visits. Withdrawal cannot undo data already sent or clear Google’s existing cookies; those can be removed in your browser settings.

The form sends your name, email address and message to Formspree, which delivers it to our business mailbox. Formspree also processes technical information to prevent spam and may present a spam check. Nothing is sent to Formspree by simply reading the contact page.

We use your details to answer and follow up on your enquiry: our legitimate interest in correspondence, or steps you request before entering a contract. Providing them is optional, but we need a reply address to respond. Please do not send sensitive personal information.

Our retention period for ordinary enquiries is six months after the conversation is finished, including copies in our mailbox and Formspree. Records needed for an ongoing business relationship, a legal obligation or a dispute may be kept longer, for that purpose. You can ask us to delete your message sooner.

Our providers are OpenAI (Sites hosting), Cloudflare (delivery and security), Formspree (contact forms) and our business email hosting provider. Their infrastructure can involve processing outside the EEA, including the United States.

Formspree states that it uses US hosting and standard contractual clauses for transfers as a processor. OpenAI publishes a Sites data processing addendum; the applicable terms depend on the account. Contact us for information about the safeguards applying to your data.
